RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Two Wolves Swimwear offers store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, color and size. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any way, an evaluation of the product will be conducted prior to issuing a store credit.

 

For store credit, the following must be met:

 

  • Unworn items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date

  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached

  • Unworn items must be returned in original Two Wolves Swimwear bag

 

You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase for a store credit only, minus original shipping charges and any duties paid.

 

Store credits will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon Two Wolves Swimwear receiving the item/s. Store credits are final sale.

 

Once a store credit has been issued, it will be valid for one month.

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Two Wolves Swimwear is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.

 

Refunds are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing fault.  If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault.
