Shipping Policy

We offer express shipping as our standard shipping method.

All orders (except Pre-Orders) are processed and packaged ready for shipment within 4 working days, except weekends or public holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a tracking number within 1 business day, after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Two Wolves Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages.

If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

It is the customers' responsibility to provide correct contact and shipping details. The customer is responsible for double-checking the information they have provided.

We can only ship to PO Boxes within Australia and CANNOT ship to PO Boxes internationally. All international packages must be signed upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact number.
