Where can I purchase Two Wolves Swimwear?
Two Wolves Swimwear is exclusively available at and cannot be purchased anywhere else.
How do I place an order? 
Ordering online is easy, just view an item, select your style, size and quantity and then click "Add to Cart".  You can always review your cart by clicking on the "Cart" icon.
Do you have a sizing chart?

We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing when shopping online.

Measurement information for our items is available on the sizing page. Please review this page prior to purchasing, so you can find the perfect fit.

 In addition we have also outlined the size the model is wearing on the online store, which can help as a guide.

How do I care for my Two Wolves Swimwear?
Loving and caring for your swimwear is important to us.  All our swimwear has international recognised care symbols printed on the inside.  In addition, the following simple steps keep your swimwear clean and fresh:
Hand wash in cold water only
Lay flat and dry in the shade
Store in a dry place
Do not bleach, iron, wring or tumble dry
Do not dry clean or use solvents
Do not leave in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade
How do I check out an order?
Once you have selected your items and reviewed your cart and happy, simply click on the "Check Out" button.  Next choose the shipping method and enter discount codes or credit vouchers, if applicable.  You will then be directed to the payment options.
What currency do you charge?
All our products are priced in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal only.
We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Cards.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need.

We process orders super fast, and once an order has been processed we’re unable to cancel it.

If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to right away and be sure to include your name and order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!


Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a credit request and send the unwanted items back once received.  There is important information about returns, please refer to our Return Policy on the  Returns page. 
What if I receive a faulty item?

 We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality.

We conduct a robust quality check on all our items  prior to dispatching to our customer.

However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault contact us immediately at so we can review the matter.  There is important information about faulty items, please refer to our Return Policy.
Where do you ship to? 

We offer worldwide shipping with a flat rate to all destinations unless otherwise specified.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping details and time estimates can be found on the Shipping terms and Conditions page. 

We provide “Express Shipping”as a flat rate.

Please allow up to 4 working days to pack your order. If your location is more remote, you will be notified after purchasing, your tracking ID and estimated postage arrival.  Please note your order can take up to 10 business days for remote areas.

There are some instances that are out of our control, this includes customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame. Orders placed outside of our operating hours will be processed as soon as possible once our store re-opens. 


Will I have to pay any taxes or duties on top of my order?

  Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country. Please be aware that Two Wolves Swimwear will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made, or if your product is seized by customs.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your country.  Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs.


Is it safe to oder from your online store?
Yes, our system does NOT store and credit card or payment details, nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
